Guarantee to Pass Terms and Conditions

  • Students must achieve a 70% or higher on the exam readiness quiz as a part of The Dalton Review® Guarantee to Pass.
  • The exam readiness quiz is accessible one time per exam cycle.
  • To qualify for the money-back portion of The Dalton Review® Guarantee to Pass, students must provide Dalton Education with their CFP® Exam diagnostic report and pass/fail document issued by the CFP Board within thirty days of the exam results’ release date.
  • Qualified students seeking the The Dalton Review® Guarantee to Pass refund must notify Dalton Education in writing within thirty days of the CFP® Exam results’ release date.
  • Eligible students, having failed the CFP® Exam, will have the option of continued access to The Dalton Review® Guarantee to Pass resources or they may withdraw and receive a full refund of The Dalton Review® Guarantee to Pass.
  • Eligible students requesting a refund will forfeit access to all The Dalton Review® Guarantee to Pass resources and must return all books and materials.
  • Failure to meet the outlined terms and conditions of The Dalton Review® Guarantee to Pass will void the guarantee between the student and Dalton Education.
  • Failure to meet the terms and conditions of the signed Guarantee to Pass contract on file, which includes the date by which the CFP examination must be taken, will void the Guarantee to Pass Agreement between the student and Dalton Education.

For example, if you enrolled with the January 2018 cohort, the Guarantee to Pass contract states that you need to take the CFP examination by March 2019, which is two exam cycles upon completion of the education program. If you rolled over to the March or May 2018 cohorts this still allows you to sit for that exam. If you rolled to the September or November 2018 cohorts this would not allow you to sit for that exam thus voiding the money back guarantee.
